What are your rates?

My private pay rates vary depending on the type of service and length of the session. You can see my private pay rates on the services page. Please don’t hesitate to call or email if you have questions. Please note that rates may differ if you are using your insurance benefits.

Do you take insurance?

I accept insurance and private pay clients.  I am in network with:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill upon request to submit to your insurance company. I recommend calling your insurance provider and asking, “What are my out-of-network therapy benefits?” Your insurance can provide specifics about what your plan covers. I’m happy to answer any questions and support you in this process.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

I offer a limited number of spots for individuals seeking sliding scale fees. Please email me for more information and to see if there are spots available.

What payment options do you accept?

I accept HSA, FSA, and all major credit cards for payment. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. Please call or email at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Please note that cancellations with less than 24 hours of advanced notice are subject to a fee of $115.

How do I schedule appointments?
